Michael Heads

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Michael is an admitted English and South African Lawyer. He is highly regarded in the maritime industry having dealt with the management of major marine casualties, pollution incidents and advising P&I Clubs and their members on marine accidents and the securing of evidence. He studied marine navigation (ECDIS), bridge management, and obtained certificates from SAMTRA and from recognised SAMSA courses. He is a first responder under South Africa’s new Nation Oil Spill Contingency Plan (Response and Casualty).

Anne-Marie Bonnin

DIRECTOR

Anne-Marie is an admitted British Lawyer. She completed her Articles in the UK at Clyde&Co a leading Maritime law firm.

She has over 30 years experience in handling legal liability claims for the logistics industry throughout Southern and East Africa and is able to provide local knowledge and expertise in various regions in Africa.
